Refund policy

At The Finisher Run Club, every poster is custom-made using the personal race details you provide. Because of this, our refund and return rules are slightly different from standard stores. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


Personalized Items (Posters & Custom Artwork)

Since personalized posters are created specifically for you, they are not eligible for returns or refunds once design work has started or the order has entered production.

However, we always want you to LOVE your print. We offer:

✔ Free corrections for mistakes we made

If we made an error in the design (spelling, layout, wrong race details), we will fix it and send a corrected version at no cost.

 

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your poster arrives damaged:

  1. Email us within 7 days at [thefinisherrunclub@gmail.com]

  2. Attach photos of the damage and packaging

  3. Include your order number

After verification, we will send a free replacement ASAP.


Non-Personalized Items

Items that are not customized (such as accessories or apparel, if applicable) may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

  • they are unused,

  • in original condition,

  • and returned in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

  • After that window, work typically begins and cancellation may not be possible.


Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to track it.
If confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement at no cost.


Digital Products

Digital-only versions (if purchased) are non-refundable once delivered.
